This exclusive apartment is only available when the owners are out of town, at rates ranging from €4,750 to €8,750 per night. Occasionally, we offer last-minute special rates if the owners make unexpected travel plans.

Standard bookings do not permit events or gatherings beyond the booked guests. If you plan to host additional visitors, you must notify us at the time of booking to obtain a quote and authorization.

Event & Shoot Pricing:

• Photo Shoots: From €3,000 per day

• Video Shoots: From €5,000 per day

• Private Events (up to 20 guests): From €7,500

• Large Events (up to 100 guests): From €25,000

Events are classified as any gathering of more than eight people, including those staying at the apartment.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS

A minimum stay of two nights applies year-round. However, special holiday periods require:

• Christmas / New Year: Minimum 7-night stay

• Paris Fashion Week: Minimum 4-night stay

• December 20–27: Minimum 7-night stay

• December 28–January 4: Minimum 7-night stay

Guests will have access to the entire apartment

Other things to note

We provide full daily housekeeping facilities with a daily charge (see below) and run the apartment with a five-star service in mind. If you have questions, would like to view or reserve the property, please call us and we would be delighted to assist you.

We strictly only allow the number of guests you book to enter the building. We do not allow more guests to use the apartment without an additional event fee charge which is available to quote upon request.

The property is strictly non smoking, if you wish to smoke then we request that guests do so on the balcony.

DAILY CLEANING CHARGE

There is a fixed €90 charge for the daily maid service of 3 hours per day. This covers daily housekeeping & all linen and laundry charges at the Apartment.

If you require additional hours for shopping, cleaning of clothes or babysitting, this is available at €30 per hour.

The daily housekeeping fee is to be paid locally directly to the housekeeper at the end of your stay and covers 3 hours of cleaning each day. Please note, that there is no charge made for your check-in day and your check-out day “deep clean” is provided by a team of cleaners and is already covered in the cleaning fee Paid when booking.

Housekeeping is normally conducted between 11am – 2pm. If you would like a different time, please let her know when you check-in.

If you could kindly leave on the kitchen table before you leave the €90 per day housekeeping payment. You are not obligated to leave a gratuity, but if you have found the service excellent it is always really appreciated.
